Mama Mundo Inc. cannot guarantee that our Websites will be available 100% of the time. Although we strive to provide the most reliable websites possible, interruptions and delays in accessing the Websites are unavoidable and we disclaim any liability for damages resulting from such problems.

Pricing

Prices are available and sales transactions may be conducted in Canadian or U.S. dollar currency, but the customer must select the correct destination of this or her products, Canada or USA to avoid any large shipping fees being charged.

Mama Mundo Inc. reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion without prior notice.

 

Product Display

We make every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the Websites as accurately as possible. Nonetheless, the actual colours you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.

 

Returns

Please inspect your box upon receiving it. Any defective or missing items should be reported to us immediately. We always purchase shipping insurance so if you think your order was damaged during shipping, please let us know. We may require photographs of the damage.

To report a damaged or missing item, please notify us by e-mail ( info@lifewithoutplastic.com ). Please include your name, order number, any order details. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible. We do not refund products.

Orders shipped to United States and international destinations are not taxable by Mama Mundo Inc. We are required to charge applicable federal and provincial/territorial taxes for orders shipped to Canadian destinations. Shipping and handling charges are subject to the same applicable Canadian tax rates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising between us shall be brought before any court located within the Province of Quebec having jurisdiction over such a dispute.
